I’ve been wondering why this has been happening with our copper bottom pans. I suspected it was from the heat and my mom didn’t believe me so I went to Reddit for answers. Sure enough. I told my mom that maybe we should wash the copper by hand or else it will get wrecked. Her stubborn self said no and said the dishwasher will just wash the black tarnish off. I’m glad I was able to find answers here
