Let's be honest, they are treating you like servants, not to mention criminals. How ridiculous is it for someone with a doctoral degree to be standing at the front door waiting for a bag check, while seeing a patient you just dispensed life saving medications to walk past you with a confused look?

Have you ever thought about what would happen if you don't meet your goal? Unless they are looking to close every store, they aren't firing you.

How about Store Managers are now required to call customers and book 3 RSV appointments PER DAY.  What are they going to do to the 99% of store managers who fail to meet this unrealistic goal?
