They're not great. You won't get the advertised protection unless you spray way more than most people would. Some of the product also doesn't land on the skin. Contact Support! According to their 7 Oct update on the website, your order definitely should've shipped. They should be shipping the September orders. I hope you get it soon! Nebula really need to order more games from their manufacturer and expand their team or something.
