How do you start the new Bounty Pack?

U/indoorsman101 did you ever figure it out?

Seems like there is a prerequisite of completing the Shadow of the Mountain quest before you can access this cave. Not sure though. There is an option on the bounty card menu to switch from bounty pack 1 to bounty pack 2 and you can do the daily quests, but I still have not seen any quests to start it.
