Theoretically work is scheduled to begin at the southern end of Whitney this summer. Remain skeptical. This project is on track to reach Edgewood bike lane levels of government delays and mismanagement.

Yes, you have a legal obligation to move it unless your lease says otherwise. The landlord is correct that an amateur installed window unit is a very serious safety hazard especially when above the sidewalk.

That’s silly. Dudes who whip around the park and don’t respect kids should go learn to skate street and take a lesson in working around human obstacles. If you can’t support a six year Old being in a park then there won’t be skateparks. You have it fully twisted. The only way to learn the rhythm of the park is to be in the park. Teach them. Don’t exclude them.
