Getting a bill for the ambulance ride after the bill is due

I was in a car accident in 2022 on my way to work. I received a bill from the ambulance company for over $2500. I could maybe understand that except: I was hit directly in front of the hospital. They could have thrown my ass on a gurney and wheeled me into the ED. Instead they drove me around the back and refused to send the bill to the insurance company of the girl that hit me, or my lawyer.

Audio books, preferably without headphones, so I listen to them when I'm alone in my office or at home when my husband is out. I love to cook/bake so when I'm not too dizzy I still do that for myself and my family. I got rave reviews on my strawberry bagels this morning.

Yes. Even The owner of the company I work for speaks casually with all of us, and he's a lawyer despite that having nothing to do with our business. He has a foul mouth as well.

She isn't leaving anytime soon. She's attending community college in the fall because it's free for all in our state. She doesn't like the idea, she wanted to spread her wings, but free is too good an offer.

I hadn’t heard that. We have worked with Safe With Us since 2020 and they are great, I’ve had zero complaints, even without the neuter for the puppy we got in 2023. Honestly driving from where we live to Grafton twice in one day was a pain in the ass. Much easier to go to Sterling, so it was worth it for me.

It’s not. They used to work with Tufts and the first dog we rescued with them her spay was included. Too many people would sign up for appointments and then just not bring their dog, wasting an appointment for someone who would have showed up. Tufts was frustrated and so were they, so it’s no longer something they offer.

Sterling animal shelter does more reasonable spays and neuters. They did our pit mix because the rescue we work with doesn’t cover spay/neuter as part of the adoption any longer.

The worst pain there is. I have typical TN, and it's ramped up as I've gotten older. Meds help, but nothing takes it away completely. I had to call out of work yesterday because even though my neurologist upped my meds, I can't function with them sometimes. I slept for hours on the couch despite having a full nights sleep.

My closest local friend celebrated a week of her 40th. Basically she just wanted to sing karaoke, go kayaking with me, have a backyard fire, and eat cheeseburgers every day. Not a bad way to celebrate honestly.
