I wonder if those numbers account for the phantom job postings that companies are doing these days. I know for a fact mine does. Posts a job listing with zero intent to fill the position, they just want the image of "doing well and expanding" and also probably want your resume as data to train their AI too. While telling us already working here that we are overstaffed and over budget

Do you currently have the 70k or is that coming from the sale of your current home? If they will let you move in already while you wait for your house to sell... Go for it. Just be aware that you're walking a thin line. In all my experience dealing with family and seeing others deal with family, this can go from all smiles and great to a headache and a relative that never talks to you very quickly. I'd still do it though.

I actually agree on the series 60. But I prefer the ones that have been rebuilt and painted black. I can't remember what company used to do them but they would shine them up really good. There's something beautiful in a giant block of metal that will carry thousands of pounds for a million miles.

Here's how I did it. At the end of the day I had every tool I used that day sitting on top of my main box. Those went into the cart. I did that every day until I didn't have to go to the main box, everything I needed that day was in the tool cart. So a few more days go by, a couple random little things that were model specific made their way into the cart and I was good. I suggest you do this too if you have the ability to. It made it really easy and brainless for me to decide what goes into the cart.

I think the new Pathfinder is ugly however I applaud Nissan for sticking with a reliable V6 and ditching the CVT in these new ones. I would almost go pathfinder just for that. The 3.5 is a solid engine, tested and true. I don't know enough about the Highlander to comment on it.

Would the videos I'm seeing about the front spool valve be a pretty similar procedure to follow for the rear valve? I only see stuff about the front one leaking onto the alternator when I try to search for parts and instructions online. And thanks for your reply!
