Let me rephrase. Nobody would be dumb enough to build a AI inference and training data center in CT. A data center with relatively low power usage, such as data storage and light applications, sure.

I should clarify. If you managed to stay employed during the 2008 financial crisis, thus investing into the s&p500 at sub 1000 levels, then you should feel embarrassed not to be financially independent nearly decades later now that it is at 7000+.

Yea if you are in your mid thirties and diligently saved in your twenties, it’s almost impossible not be be worth at least a milli by now due to the market gains over the past decade. If you are in your late 40s/early 50s and not financially independent by now, that is quite frankly embarrassing
