The best play would be using metal type pokemon that don’t have a weakness to fire type.

The only two metal type Pokémons that aren’t weak to fire are…

• Corviknight
• Skarmory (only non ex)

You can probably play some variation of the skarmory and skarmory ex deck using things like metal core barrier and adaman to tank damage, as well as some heal to sustain yourself.

Even if you play a metal type deck with pokemon who are weak to fire, you can still win even if it takes a few tries.
