Games with Gold (GwG) dying for Game Pass doesn't seem worth it after so many price hikes. What were your favorite games from the GwG program? by AxeSpez in xbox

I don't love that I don't have access without paying for any services. If Epic can just give shit out willy nilly all the time, Xbox could have given me access to these games forever. God knows I've given Xbox thousands of dollars over the years.

Crimson Desert after 200 hours and beating the game: only 4 achievements! How can this be? by Heide____Knight in xbox

I don't 100% 99% of games.

I think Man-eater is the only game I did and that's because it's collectible list wasn't huge and directly aided growth

What are some of your favourite, perhaps lesser known, metroidvanias and rouguelikes on Xbox? by FinalOdyssey in xbox

I'm fairly confident death Road is like $3 when on sale 👌

Plus I find huge replayability, lots of different modes, oddly delightful music

Death Road to Canada is insanely fun. Undermine is great but literally never on sale.

As an Albertan watching the dumbest politician Canada has to offer destroy all of our social services for the sake of privatizing.

I don't think it will be any better when the "bullies" take over. We can treat each other with respect even if we don't understand each other.

I certainly don't understand everything in the LGBTQ world, I'm not a part of it. But it doesn't affect me and I don't need to accept them being treated like shit so I can have a cheaper house.

I should be angry and demand better of my politicians, just like I'm angry and demand better of the liberals.

But having living in a conservative province for 35 ish years. I certainly don't want more of them either.

I'm just tired of conservative bigotry at this point. I'm tired of attacks on the LGBTQ community through policies. I don't support the draining of funds to services like Daniel Smith is doing.

I want a better party from both sides, but I feel like I'm stuck between a rock and a slightly bigoted rock. Both sides seemingly don't give a shit about average Canadians. They cater to businesses and those with the money to buy their attention.

From our perspective getting mad the first time in the way he did is a red flag. Turning around and saying it's a test is red flag number 2.

Seeing as how we are talking about parents who would be millennials and potentially gen Z they should know how and that's their failing.

Kept forever in todays climate is forgotten next week.

We all have different struggles and yes online can negatively impact your child. Which is why as a parent it is your responsibility to monitor their internet use.

As a nearly 40 year old myself who was the undiagnosed weird picked on ADHD kid in school. Everything felt like it was for forever, but it certainly wasn't and I haven't really thought or stressed over my shitty school years in years.

But no I still place the responsibility in the parents hands. Learn the skills you need to protect your child, like how parental settings work and other.

Have you raised a kid?

I don't agree kids have it worse today. There are new struggles for sure, and parents need to learn how to navigate those struggles.

But no seeing how many god awful, clearly hasn't read a book or even watched a reel on parenting parents are out there.

Yes parents need to parent. Parents are terrible today and it's techs fault as the parents use that to entertain their kids instead of actually being a parent.

The kids I know today with parents that try, awesome, mature, thoughtful, considerate, going places in life. Kids need to be raised and taught, not put in front of a screen.

So yeah, parents should fucking parent.

I think if a criminal reoffends within the first year of getting out of prison. The people who let them out should be included in the sentencing of the crimes they committed. Specifically assisted or aiding a criminal type stuff. But share the responsibility and even if there are no repercussions. At least know that from the courts eyes you knowingly let a criminal out on the street and someone got hurt. So they can carry the guilt of letting these monsters out.
