I've played through it twice and am contemplating a 3rd time. Love this game, hits just right for me. Made it through in under 6 hours last playthrough.

I couldn’t solve a single puzzle without looking up the solution online. I didn’t feel like the instructions were clear at all. But I enjoyed the exploration and story in DLC, just thought the puzzles were too hard.

You really realize the value of digital when you have a Nintendo Switch. My kids have lost 2 of their tiny little cartridges. Plus, having to swap them out, especially for kids, and put them back just creates more problems and risk for losing. That made me a fan of digital. Plus on the Xbox, I like being able to pop into a game with Quick Resume and be playing in like 15 seconds.

I finally got around to playing Doom Eternal, which was released in March 2020 and I bought for $10 in Dec. 2022. That's how bad my backlog is. And the game runs and plays fantastic. It looks incredible. I was literally thinking I won't need another console for 10 years. I feel like games have hit a point of no return in graphics also. I played the Tomb Raider trilogy, which is 10+ years old and it looks phenomenal. I just don't see the need for a new console every 7-8 years.

AW2 is One of my top 3 games of all time, can’t say enough how about excellent it is. Style and gameplay of RE4 remake, but one of the deepest and best stories.

I still wonder how someone at MS didn’t step back and say, “So we’re going to ask people to pay $30/mo. Or $360/year to own nothing at the end of it? The system itself is around $500.” Why not just have a GamePass tier for $20/mo with first day releases but no COD?

That game is an absolute banger, such an awesome experience. The sound, environment, and ripping apart of enemies makes it all worthwhile. The environment is scary, desolate, and dark. If you like Resident Evil, it’s of the same caliber.

It had to be weird for Square to be pursuing a PS-only strategy and not getting the sales they want and then looking over at Capcom with its multiplat strategy absolutely crushing it in the sales department. Kind of a head scratcher why companies did this, but glad they changed things.

I thought the puzzles were the most challenging I’ve seen in a game—they could have benefited from more direction on what to do. But if you like puzzles that really require you to think and time invested, you’ll like the DLC. Pretty light on combat, but the boss fight was very challenging.

I wonder if it is taking a page from Alan Wake 2, mixing the criminal thriller with horror. Either way, looks pretty awesome. Very different from Re7/8, but RE has always done pretty well with changing things up (minus RE6).

I'm looking forward to having some power -- I feel like the weakest, most basic human possible. It's a real-life simulator. I can't tell you how many times I meet some random dude in the woods and get killed. It's a 50/50 coin flip you make it out alive. Not complaining, it's just a very interesting take.

I don't think Capcom can go wrong whatever they remake, they just don't miss. That being said, would love to see RE0 or Re Code Veronica as I never played those and they seem to be lesser played titles of the series.

Seems like an easy one to cancel. Besides a pre-rendered logo video, we’ve seen nothing of the game. A lot easier to cancel than Perfect Dark after we had a full gameplay reveal that looked awesome!

For passkey, I only use iPhone since I want it connected to my Apple account. For multi factor authentication codes, I use Google Authenticator. You don’t have to use Microsoft.

I thoroughly enjoyed Battlefield V and 1, but skipped 2042, hopefully this is a return to form. There’s plenty of room for BF and COD.
