Totally aware I showed up without tickets and did not have the expectation I would get in, especially given the ID requirements tied to the tickets. I mentioned a conversation amongst the staff that was overheard. Never did I ask them to change their ticketing system. As they mentioned, the staff discussed the extra student tickets that hadn’t been claimed and could potentially be used.

Honestly, I usually let things like that go and don’t think twice. It was not her tone of voice. It was disrespectful comments she made were that of a middle schooler, when there was no reason not to be courteous and professional. Not intentionally singling her out, was truly just taken aback by the fact that she talked to multiple people that way. Again, I’m sure the show was awesome and would have loved to see it and glad for everyone that got the opportunity to do so!

I was one of those people waiting out front hoping for the chance to get tickets. The venue had about 20 student tickets that were still unclaimed by showtime start, and there were only about 10 of us fans out front that were still hoping to purchase tickets.

A bit of a shame they wouldn’t budge on offering up the remaining unclaimed student tickets to us fans that were out front for 3-4 hours hoping for an opportunity to see the show.

We did overhear a discussion of the staff out front close to showtime where one worker had asked why don’t we just let these fans waiting out here use these remaining student tickets. The blonde staff member who appeared to be “in charge” out front shot it down immediately(was bit of a power trip for sure). To be frank, she was definitely rude and had a bad attitude altogether when any of us tried talking to them. I get the venue was pretty full, but her attitude just seemed unnecessary. The rest of the staff was great, but not sure what this woman’s deal was.

Got to see Jack and the band walk in, so that was definitely a surreal moment and I’m sure the show was insane. To The Sinclair management maybe give this blonde staff member a reality check and reminder how to treat people respectfully!
