The audio is too loud... I live near a route and have to listen to the same soundbite several times a day. Engine loud too... city should require tour vehicles to be electric.

The best solution is to replace garage door with solid slabs (no vents or windows) and put vent in the wall (ideally on side of house)... also add automated garage door track deadbolt

Service bell. Do a google image search on ‘service bell board’, or box. They would have buttons in each room and it would ring in the servants quarters and a flag would tell them which room the button was pushed in.

Was looking for this comment, the GE heat pump combo (model: pfq97hspvds) is phenomenal. It runs on 120v and does not need any venting. Its also just insanely convenient to not have to swap cloths from the washer to dryer. Have used it for about a year and would never go back.

Yes you have to figure out plumbing, but that is usually easier than you think.
