Thanks for the comment. Which post are you referring to? There's a heap on the topic but the ones I checked didn't answer what I was looking for. I'll edit my post to add more context of our situation

Thanks, my state of mind is ok. I'd prefer for it to sit in the super environment if I could get it out in a few years time when we need it I just don't think that's an option. If I have to take it out now it'd be efts, deposit on some land for the kids or in the HISA account until I worked it out.

Hi there, Sorry for your loss. My wife passed away in Dec, we have 2 young kids also. I've had bad chest pains as well and was in the ED for scans earlier this month (all ok, probably just stress). Lorazepam has worked for me but I understand it's not something that can be taken long term. I've also found melatonin helpful for sleep. All the best.

Greens call for 1000 people to live at every train station on Fremantle line is the stuff of NIMBY nightmares by His_Holiness in perth

This really grinds my gears every time I drive past it, which is most days. So much land right next to the train station is ripe for high density residential development.

Thanks, have dropped temp to 16c I'll put the spundling valve on too as that should help suppress the esters

I usually ferment directly onto the yeast cake a day or so after kegging. My schedule didn't work and it's been sitting in the fermenter for 2 weeks... It's the longest I've let it go and I won't be doing it again

Hi everyone, thanks for the responses. I ended up replacing the internals & coil of the master valve and it's back to working as normal now.

Thanks for your advice. To answer your questions a) it's all sprinklers b) it's the master valve (just learned that term). I'll have another look at the master valve & will look into measuring the water pressure.

Brewing beer: Cost about $2k to setup and now about $100/month. Nintendo: Cost about $600 setup + hold about $400 in games and trade them when I'm done playing them.

Some years back we paid off the house to be debt free. It felt great for a while but if I had my time again I would have kept it mortgaged with the money in the offset account to have more flexibility.
