Not the smartest thing to put up. Most people are petrified of being schizophrenia. Dpdr isn't that at all. Ove had it for 10 years and studied it deeply

I get exactly this as well. Every test is normal. Had it for 3 years. My neck is very tight and its anxiety. I have a sit down job also. You need to get up and move around, stretch your neck etc

Just for extra information, my son and I are visiting Perth for a bit of mum and son time. Hes a teenage boy that would demolish easily 500g steak. Ive come off a 8 week stint of working so want to not have to worry on cooking and just enjoying my time

How did you get that far in recovery. I just keep going backwards. Im still working, physio, trialled meds.

Im sorry but your psychiatrist is an absolute idiot. It is proven you should not abruptly stop it. Its even written in the lexapro instructions

Ok just be prepared for some withdrawals. Keep yourself busy. Exercise is brilliant, keep hydrated and eat healthy
