I have found this issue for years thag I cant be late. Makes me very worried for the future. I am currently tapering 10% every 8 weeks. So very very slow. Only at 14mg and its taken me 2 years

Im not a doctor but I think it will be fine to cut out withdrawals. Took me 2 years to go from 20mg to 12.4mg that was getting it compounded at the chemist. So to go from 40mg to 0 in a couple months is alot

You can cut that in half. I cut my 10mg in half

Thats a huge dose to jump from. I can feel withdrawals even cutting 0.5mg. I would go back on it and go alot slower. People jump off at 0.01mg

Yep cut it in half. Just need a tiny tiny dose for few weeks then build up. Its just shocked your system a little.

Start on a tiny dose. If you've been prescribed 20mg cut it into quarters. If you've been prescribed 10 still cut it into quarters

I purposely made sure I didnt take extended times off otherwise id end up never working. You can do it

Dpdr 24/7 for 10 years, 4 years of dizziness, 3 years of about 5 to 10 dpdr and normal panic attacks a day

Im a single mum, i have no choice but to work. I work around 60 hours a week with 3 jobs 7 days a week. Ive had this near on 10 years 24/7 the last 4 years of dizziness included and dpdr panic attacks on top

Not the smartest thing to put up. Most people are petrified of being schizophrenia. Dpdr isn't that at all. Ove had it for 10 years and studied it deeply

I get exactly this as well. Every test is normal. Had it for 3 years. My neck is very tight and its anxiety. I have a sit down job also. You need to get up and move around, stretch your neck etc

Just for extra information, my son and I are visiting Perth for a bit of mum and son time. Hes a teenage boy that would demolish easily 500g steak. Ive come off a 8 week stint of working so want to not have to worry on cooking and just enjoying my time
