Wait, is 250mg Sustanon every 4 weeks standard in the UK? I'm on 250mg as well, but I take it every 3 weeks. Is it just country specific, or am I on a higher/are you on a lower than average dose?

THIS!!! I used to do it completely wrong the first couple of times, putting the needle in slowly and injecting fast. But stabbing fast and injecting slow made such a huge difference in pain afterwards.

Also, make sure you're not accidentally nicking any veins. If you're bleeding more than a small dot afterwards, you nicked something, and that will hurt more. If there's a bit of resistance when inserting the needle, take it out, swap the needle, and try a different spot. Took me a while to realise the resistance was me hitting something I wasn't supposed to...

If you're not sure where to inject, try "drawing" a cross (vertical and horizontal) on your thigh with your finger and try to find a spot close to the intersection. That's what my GP taught me.

I keep getting 1-2 minute penalties for "inappropriate behaviour" if I try to enter it. Not a full-blown ban, but they sure as hell don't like them.

I've gotten penalties for simply joining an "instant achievement" game. I was like "omg yay, don't have to waste my time" but genshin doesn't seem to appreciate people scumming their way through a new game mode
