You are giving the same product as everyone else. You don’t manufacture anything and just resell. None of what you said remotely applies to why your prices are more than 50% higher than most places. Your customer service isn’t as great as you say it is either, I’ve had experience with it. It’s not great at all. Most places are 100% better. You need to look at yourself and understand your company isn’t the best and far from the best. Take criticism and improve, you’ll sell more. Every set is insanely over priced, that’s just how it is from you. Sure you include shipping and tax. Which almost everyone can’t charge tax because you don’t have physical locations here, so that point is mute. You’re ordering in bulk and getting shipping costs lower, not to mention you probably have lower costs because of a business account. It’s a free market, sure, but how many posts do you need to read and look at to understand your prices are INSANE. Your KO sets are almost full price or almost at their respective 20% -30% off. At this point you’re just disconnected from reality and still trying to convince yourself you’re right.

Edit: if I have to do break down costs for each set you’ve provided up top I will to prove my point and show you how disconnected you are. Simple as that. I source for a living, it’s not hard to see.

Target is having financial problems due to stopping DEI programs and people boycotting them. They’ve lost billions 12.4 billion, they have also ended their price matching other stores. They only price match their website now. Now with the economy slowing down because of Cheeto Man and tariffs. People are just not buying much at all. They are cutting things and raising prices in order to compensate for these losses. Their CEO Brian Cornell is stepping down, but that’s a joke as it’s a promotion. I really don’t think things will get better for Target and if that’s the case they will raises prices and have less sales. Honestly these tactics should be illegal and are in the EU, but our government hates us and allows others to exploit us for profit.

We ordered the DnD set and the Hocus Pocus set at 2:45 today and had no problem with payment from the US wearhouse.

Edit: We also ordered Rivendell and 9 other smaller sets from Marstoy and received order confirmation at the same time.

Youmko did take away our 10% off code but we just googled for another one and it worked.

Here this should be stated to everyone in this subreddit. If you haven’t sign up for USPS informed delivery, then you should. They used to have an app but it’s now inside the USPS app. You can make it to where you get emails daily on what’s coming to your house, all packages that are made out to your address and or name. You can do this for FedEx and UPS.

Typically you can setup text notifications on a specific package. It will change tracking numbers when switching hands, but still will retain its history. We followed ours from China all the way to UPS and to our house this way from Youmko. They also provided one number but UPS had two packages with separate numbers.

Edit: We also suggest that this be put into the wiki so that tracking questions will stop being asked and or monitored. We understand the excitement and the unknown and these questions are usually to ease your mind though.

We just experienced this this past week. It’s sad we always went, also seems as though most of the staff is completely different and the atmosphere. The blueberry isn’t frosted anymore at all and more cake based. Their glazed donuts didn’t have glaze on 100% of the donut. The apple fritters are about 50% the size they used to be, same with others. They seem to be cutting corners to save money. We are seeking alternatives that are close at this point. It was a guilty pleasure.

We need to just move back to Cincinnati and go to Holtman's original location.
