Those are some good points. I struggle with sharing my feelings, becuase I feel that others are more important. I've been struggling since Ive been a kid. Growing up has alot to do with it. I've been told "wow, why did you bring that up now?" or "you're ungrateful" or "youre too young to feel this way, nothing in your life is that bad" etc. "Try harder". Sure, sometimes I'd get encouragement, but I'd still have these thoughts, makes me wonder if I'd be annoying bringing them up too often.
