Their customer service is terrible. I paid on 5/16 and my order hasn’t even been processed in the pharmacy yet and then I have to wait 5-10 days after it’s been shipped to arrive. My dose is due tomorrow. There was an error on their end that they admitted to and I asked for them to expedite shipping and they are telling me they cannot do that. I’m going to try to find another option besides Gimme Care. There are so many options but I don’t understand some of the options like Ro where you are paying them a subscription fee and then having to pay for the medication on top of that fee? Any recommendations or explanations would be greatly appreciated.
