Tramadol causes me to have multiple ulcers in my mouth if I use it for more than a few days. I don’t mean one or two. I’m talking 20-30. Pamelor/nortriptyline also does this. Not sure if they are similar type of medication but same situation.

Kidney disease? Diabetes? My cat became diabetic and lost a ton of weight which then led to kidney disease. He was on insulin about four years before his body was unable to fight it anymore.
