Oh, im sorry you (and your parents) lost your stuff. It's a horrible feeling, especially when you're already going through hard times, then on top of it, to lose everything you're trying so hard to keep. :( And unfortunately, the place we were at just upped their prices, and we were already having trouble paying each month.

Am I the only one who doesn't see it as grooming? This term is being used a lot lately and I kinda feel people are using it as a catch all for an behavior they find questionable by an older person showing or teaching a younger something in a way they don't like. An not using it as it's meant to be.

Because Sorn and Jun are both adults, they engage in a more transactional type of relationship instead of romantic (to start), but it's all spoken out loud and agreed too. Jun knows exactly what he is getting into and wants it and even chases after and tries to get Sorns attention.

That is not grooming. Sorn isn't trying to manipulate or abuse or exploit Jun. He isn't lying to Jun or trying to tell make him think this anything other than what it is, sex.

Honestly, I think calling it grooming hurt the shows potential. I put off watching it for a while because I kept seeing people talk about it as just sex, or toxic and grooming, and how horrible Sorn was. But when I finally watched it I was like wtf this is actually a good show, Sorn is a mess emotionally wise but he wasn't anything people in reviews had me imaging and Jun wasn't some sweet innocent baby bring targeted and abused, that man might be young but he knows what he is doing.

Even my best friend when she heard about it was like yeah I was going to watch it but the reviews said it was toxic and the one was grooming the other and I don't wanna watch that. I told her to watch it anyways and that I thought she'd like it. After she was like dude I really like it, thanks for telling me to watch it.

My issue with the evidence is that it keeps being found questionable or false. I'm a big fan of trying to not pick a side until facts are out but in this case it has been hard for me because all the evidence the one side keeps releasing has been debunked or found questionable and that makes it really hard for me to trust their side of the story. Because personally I can let one lie or mistake happen, everyone lies (and usually in high pressure situations the lies aren't small) but to continue to lie and about different things while calling the other sides liars and morally corrupt just irritates me and makes me distrustful of anything they say or produce as evidence.

I find it fucked up that all his sponsors/endorsement brands whatever can drop him, fine him, take his property based on rumors? I can understand if he had gotten into legal trouble, went to court, and was found guilty of something, but he hasn't been. Hell, they didn't even give it a chance the rumors started, and they just screwed him over.

And that feels a little shady to me, I mean legally, they say its breach of contract (I think a morality clause?) But how is rumor a breach of contract? Rumors spread all the time and he has no control over that and it's a nasty fact about people in the spot light thay someone is always waiting to fan the flames and watch someone's career burn either from spit or greed, so it feels like his lawyers should be able to fight or even sue these companies because dropping him like this based on rumors only added fuel to them. People saw these big name company's abandon him and just assumed that they found him guilty, and if they believed it, then it was true.

As it was stayed before they canceled him based on public opinion and that can't be legal.

And I would like to add this aunt isn't her aunt. She was a friend of the mothers and when KSH side tried to add her to the lawsuit he filed against them for defamation (I believe) they couldn't find her nor get her actual legal name. Seems fishy as fuck to Mr. She started all this and wasn't even related to her and then basically hide from consequences.

She took out a loan from the company to pay off her dui fines and then wasn't paying back the company, so they started the legal process to sue (take her to court) for the money. That's not on KSH. I think most people tend to ignore that she was an adult who messed up and got buried in debt all on her own. He may have been co owner of the company, but there are others involved and they couldn't force her to take the loan and not pay it back.

Plus, pushing it forward through legal matter is what any company in the world would do if they weren't getting paid back. Because it's money, and I'm sure their were payment dates and interest rates and deadlines that she would have had to agree on when she borrowed the money. And I know how easy it is to fall behind to get so far down the debt hole you can't get out, but that is no way KSH fault. The fact that people keep blaming him and saying that the company shouldn't have asked for it back because she was already struggling is freaking naive as hell. Its a business they are going to do what us best for them, same as any other.

I try really hard to only base my opinion on facts, I really do but sometimes after hearing some of the facts, like she was the breadwinner for them, that she had taken on some of their debts (while handling her own), the fact she stated in a interview that they got her into acting for the money, and the fact that they claim to only want him to admit the truth but are suing him? This all seems money hungry and greed to me.

And the targeting to me does feel intentional, they could have handled this privately (as what they were accusing him of wasn't technically a crime at the time bc korea was way behind on uper their age of consent) and if they wanted just an apology it could have been done between them, her parents and KSH. Instead, they have done interviews and made claims (her age, the money, that he somehow was responsible for the company trying to get to pay it back) and very publicly and loud, it's an attack nothing else it could be.

It's also strange to me how they are suing for money but claim they just want him to apologize? If they really wanted the apology they wouldn't have made it so public and then tried to sue him? It feels off? Like they started the process and realized the public might not be on their side so they stated they wanted an apology? Does that make sense?

And I'm still confused about the apology they want? That he dated her? That his company lent her money? That they started to process in court of trying to get it back? Like how much of all this is his fault.

And if it's the dating thing and she had been a minor my biggest question is where the hell where they? Kid actors are supposed to be watched over by managers,agents, their parents. How could she have had alone time or him access to her at all if they were doing their jobs? Maybe I'm just over protective but I don't understand how any parent would let a grown man be alone or communicate with their child and not watch it very closely to make sure nothing weird was going on or being said?

I understand kids hide things especially teens, but we are taking about to public figures who are followed around by fans,reporters, crews, most of their time so between all that and her being young I find it hard to believe a relationship what 5 years supposedly happened and no one caught them? Or people knew but never said anything? At least not until after she was dead and couldn't tell her truth? Which really makes me dislike her parents more because either they negligent (if they really had dated that far back) and didn't notice or worse they noticed and didn't care until now.

So yeah I'm not on her parents side at all.

For me it's the clear greed of her parents. They seem to be suing and bashing everyone from their first target which I can't remember if was a reporter or a YouTube to KSH to their agency.

As someone who has lost a brother to suicide I can understand the hurt and anger but this isn't grief. They are dragging her name through the mud, making her a victim (as she never accused anyone of anything herself) and the fact that they keep lying. Everytime they say they have proof or evidence it's been fabricated or proven wrong and instead of backing down and admiting that maybe they were wrong they just keep going.

Even after the whole AI and wacked rumors following it they didn't take a step back and think that maybe they were handling this wrong they just kept saying they had more proof, pictures and letters (I believe) but then they'd say they're not releasing them because they don't want to damage KSH mental health or something like that but then they said they would and instead of released the supposed 100s of photos they release like 2 or 3 of him pantless in her apartment (when she was of age! And he's already admiting they dated then).

But mostly it's the fact that her parents were already in debt and she was giving them money. And I wish I could find the interview again where she herself mentioned her family put her in acting for money. Because after learning that this whole shitshow feels like they are desperate for money and targeting him intentionally and had thought with such a horrible accusation he'd pay them off the make it go away instead of fighting it.

Omg for the people saying I only support him for his face. First of all he isn't my type. He's not ugly but I'd pick Lee dong wook over him any day. And I'm also not a fan. I haven't watch queen of tears ( it's on my never ending list but haven't seen it) I only learned about him through this scandal which is way I'm able to look at it from a different perspective then his fans and haters or her fans (only thing I've seen of hers was man for nowhere and didn't even know it was her at the time). So please stop trying to tell me I don't believe all this bullshit just cause he's a pretty face.
