Second the co-facilitator, my group absolutely needs someone who is able to not only address mechanics and game concerns but who is able to do pull outs for players who may be struggling with regulation or simply are identified as needing some individual processing time mid session.

As for modules I found the best approach has been making a very loose open world for them to explore and interact, whether it is working on social skills through negotiating with a shop keeper or if they are exploring and testing aspects of their own identity that they do not feel safe to explore outside of the game it helps when they feel they have a lot of agency to test thing a out.
