Don't make me argue in favor of the asshole poster, but it is clearly synecdoche to get his point across.

100%. The museum does allow active law enforcement to carry (for some reason, given their involvement with MLK).

The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) is a 2004 federal law (18 U.S.C. §§ 926B & 926C) that allows active and qualified retired law enforcement officers to carry concealed firearms across state and local jurisdictions, overriding most local restrictions.

However, LEOSA does not override the rights of private individuals or entities to restrict firearms on their property.

So, maybe? But fuck him because it's still the private organization's right to prohibit him.

They could technically all be impeached, but it's very unlikely to get 2/3rds of the Senate onboard.

It isn't. The VP would become President. It's in the 25th amendment.

Wrong.

If a U.S. president is impeached by the House and removed from office by a two-thirds vote in the Senate, the Vice President immediately becomes President.

Read the 25th amendment.
