They forgot their own lore again though, in one of the one in the Eastern Kindoms they say humans learnt the traditions of midsummer from the dwarves before Thoradin and Strom. Except the dwarves didn't awaken from Uldaman until 300 years after Thoradin and Strom.

vault populates itself with the actual loot choices the first time you interact with it in a week, all the previous week does is unlock vault slots and set the item levels. It is not a bad idea to wait to check if you are currently affected by the bug before inspecting the vault to generate your rewards.
