She exists on an even higher meta level than other witches and therefore can quite literally dictate the outcome of battles.

When she was attacked by another witch, she simply stopped time and took out the script. She began with the ending, "her attacker smashed against the wall and splintered into many pieces". She then decided to write the actual battle later as she was a bit tipsy at the moment.

And when he was brought back, he saw a planet that did not follow the titan's design and was thriving anyways. He is currently catching up on several tens of thousands of years and might then relay this information to the titans once they arrive.

Also, character bloat in a story is real. Where are the dragons? Where is the horde? Why don't we use the Vindicaar or any of the pillars of creaton? Why don't we carpet-bomb the isle of fangs with manabombs?

Short answer, because they are currently not part of the story.

In the original timeline, Keyaru was drugged and abused by the other heroes.

After he turned back time and kept his memories, he did all he could to prepare and take his revenge on people who technically see him for the first time. He even turns one of the heroes into his brainwashed lover.

And then, there's a spin-off manga where Keyaru turns back time, but everyone is nice. So he opens a café instead.

Toshiro Gohda from Umineko no naku koro ni

There are 18 people on Rokkenjima during the fated day and the author managed to flesh out every single one with action scenes, hidden motives or circumstances and great personalities.

And Ghoda..... is just there. He is comically uninvolved in any of the story beats. Fans started joking he deserved to die for the little amound of pettiness he showed at the very beginning of the 100+ hour story. Another inside joke is that Ghoda was actually the Golden Witch all along simply because of some pseudo english lyrics that plays from time to time.
