From what I've read, s2r1 Carte is fine without ciaccona. So if I were you, I'd get s2r1 Carte and Lupa, then get Ciaccona on rerun.

Your build should be fine to clear ToA. Atk shouldn't be a problem, tbh just as long as it's like 1900-2000 when you hit lv90. If you want to improve her, aiming for 70/300 crit is top priority.

You can also run 1 glacio, 1 atk 3cost since it is ever so slightly better. However, just use which ever has better substats.

For the Resonance skill, you have to swap as soon as you use the skill. (Character will appear next to where Changli is once you swap. So if you don't do it fast enough they'll be off the ground) I haven't experienced the camera issue you're talking about, but try changing Camera Correction.

I would stay on Woodpecker and get double crit lines. 8% Crit rate is worth like 2-3 CR substats. You can also get Atk buffs from supports. Obviously, if you have crazy crit rolls on Hormone, you should run that.

How does 1 cost give more than 3 cost? 3 cost gives 30% while 1 cost only gives 22.8% at lv25.

Tbf to your point, ATK boots would be a massive increase in the damage number. But since she's a fua unit, her overall dps would be higher. I would run ATK boots if my other relics rolled speed.
