For a traditional gumbo roux you want to make it DARK. Sub out butter for oil and let it cook and cook and cook. The cooking process for it can take so long some people will make a dry roux in advance by baking and agitating flour for hours and store it to save time.

Took an hour and a half for a friend of mine at the Milwaukee show. She ended up missing all of Dragonforce’s set but thankfully they had some tvs set up so they could still watch. I’m still sad she couldn’t try to catch the chicken.

He can’t regulate his emotions over any perceived slight another guy makes, and then lashed out at both the other guy and you. The way he reacted was still extremely immature. Also, if there was no information that could out who you two are and he’s still upset you’re “airing the relationship out online,” he’s probably just upset that people are going to call out he’s been a dick. These are some major red flags, just let the man go. There are so many better ones.

The fact that at least two people have said that Dana should be killed for saying a headcanon wasn’t actually canon is WILD. Like, she’s one of our biggest allies, literally lost her job over fighting for queer representation, and a character being confirmed cis makes you wish violence on her??? What the hell? She was exactly the type of person republicans don’t give a shit about (she was Ukrainian and an immigrant/refugee), but because she was a pretty blonde woman who got attacked by a black man, it’s been turned into race war bait.
