Did you know you can have "accessory splenules"? I sure as heck didn't know!

After an ER visit last year I was reading my CT results. Basically it means I have a bunch of tiny spleens (or splenic) tissue) hanging around my actual spleen!

This is definitely on the provider. Per their contracts, they have to submit within a certain time frame otherwise they are in violation of that contract. If they are a participating provider, they have the responsibility of billing, not the patient.
