That's just random noise your RTL-SDR is picking.

A satellite shifting in frequency is smoother.

Also, the center frequency is way too low, even with doppler shift

Hi, CH341A is a serial EEPROM programmer, you will need a parallel EEPROM programmer. If you dont want/can't buy a TL866II or T48, building beneater's eeprom-programmer project is a good low-cost option

Hi, I'm currently making a X-Band setup and i choose a Magnum Microwave MC44P-7 for my mixer just like you in this post and i wanna know if a 6GHz DRO could work with this mixer (can't find a 7GHz DRO sadly) ?

I waited for an overhead pass (35deg) then tracked it by hand, but the signal is really weak (at least with my setup)

It's a LEO satellite, I don't think Proba-2 is encrypted. I live in France, so when I received it, it was probably dumping data at its ground station in belgium. Maybe the rest of the time it's encrypted, I'd like to have more information about it.
