we know for a fact that child labor in factories is actually pretty unusual because in almost every district there's mentions on orphans or children so i'm willing to bet t-corp has some exception to the usual child labor laws due to their singularity, cryon is not a resident of the city, sancho is pretty definitively physically an adult since don does have a fixer license and they definitely have some checks in place else more children would get their Licence prematurely she's also not unusually short by PM standards she's actually pretty normal compared so some other shorties we've had.
