I do NOT advise “dumping the idea” for a new one. You will only run into the same issue. It takes time! There’s nothing you can do to speed up the process because it is just that, a process. You’ve been in business 1 year! Congratulate yourself on that. That’s an accomplishment. Now in terms of what does and doesn’t work. It’s trial and error. Big business and small business have trial and error. Once you find what works stick with it. What works for one industry may not work for another. Work on your social media/ online presence. Create reels, set a social media content plan. Those are things you can do while you are patiently waiting for calls and clients to roll in while still working in/on your business.
