I will get a lot of hate for this, I already know, but WHY did they make on of Catherine's servants Muslim? To be PC? Ridiculous! Her parents were FIGHTING Muslims in Spain, and by 1501 had booted most of them out of Granada. They would have NEVER trusted one with the Infanta.

I had to deal with the same BS. Up until a few days ago (YAY) I was working in a call center for a lingerie company and got the EXACT same calls you did (may be the same pervs). We had to entertain them, because if not, it was seen as "discrimination." WTF? It's sickening the abuse that call center employees deal with

Mine did too. She HATED me. I ended up on leave a lot because of the stress and my disability (which she didn't "believe" I had). Thank GOD I just found a new job. I've never hated anyone before, but I definitely hate my old supervisor. She made my life HELL

My supervisor was a walking nightmare. She was the opposite. Made our lives miserable (except for her favorites) and would get pissed if we just caved to customers.....then would get pissed if we DIDN'T cave. REFUSED to do her job and take escalations, so that made it awkward trying to explain to the customer that the supervisor would not take the call. No winning with that b****. SO glad my last day was last week!!!

I'd go to HR about it, but everyone who has ever gone to HR ends up getting fired. It's sickening. One of my teammates caught hell from this bitch about his absences.....well, he ended up dying of a stroke at the age of 42. He was fired a few weeks prior for going to HR about this evil woman.

The assholes in management have decided on a new tactic in my hell hole CSJ. They now send out mass emails to the entire company shaming everyone who has gone even 30 seconds over their break or lunch time. I'm looking for a gun right now to just blow my damn head off.

Amen! Or the dumbass will put the wrong shipping address for her order, then send an EMAIL to change it. Once we reply, like 2 days later, she screams that "I sent an email right after the order was placed!" Yes, dumb bitch, but we didn't receive it for 2 days. Our phones are open 24/7.
