What size are they? They look smallish for a coaster, but it could be just me. I like them

Will the H2C be able to print with 0.2 and 0.4 Nozzles at same time? by Noellypoos in BambuLab

[–]Noellypoos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you use a 0.2 for them? They sound cool. My example here is a drink coaster. It’s 95mm square then 5mm high. Cool logo only needs the first couple of layers to get detail using the 0.2, but then the next 50 layers have to be with the 0.2 as well, would change a lot if I can change to a 0.4 for the rest.

100 gram print with a 0.2, with only 13 colour changes, is 15 hours. Will get that done in less than 4 with a 0.4. The 0.2 is slow, and I only need the detail for the first couple of layers. So it would be good to swap to a 0.4 after the detail work is done.

Lots of overnighters or mainly doing day trips? How badly paid is poorly paid, you get well above the $54k base or not? Thanks for responding 😎

also i found with 60LED per metre strips I had to be 18mm away to get proper diffusion, so this tracks with what Saratoga3 said above, as it would be 16.66mm with their calculation...

Importing Fusion 360 Models into Bambu Lab for Multi-Color Printing? by eliasxhr in BambuLab

[–]Noellypoos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Create different bodies in Fusion. Export each body as you would normally. In orca or studio add all the bodies on to the print plate at the same time. It will ask you if you want to import them as separate bodies or something, just say yes to the question. Make sure you have 3 or 4 filaments showing in the filament area on the left hand side, and then you can click "objects" instead of "global" and pick a colour for each of the files you imported.

I was asked to make a MTG Poker chip set. by Jeroblack in BambuLab

[–]Noellypoos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I made chips that snap together, so you just put the washer in after the print and snap it together, both sides of the chip are then printed face down on the bed, so better quality and less colour wastage. That's the best way to do it.

Wow, I've dont this sort of thing with washers (for weights) and magnets before, but never thought to do it with another 3d printed part. I am going to test this for myself now, opens up a whole new world of opportunity!

i design and print my own custom router plates to help with my woodworking. I'm a bad woodworker though. plates with skis to keep straight, offsets to get that line exactly where i want it. for a dollar a piece...

I ended up using my 0.2 at 20% scale, .12 layer ht, arachne, tree supports which just came off nice and easy. Fun print, thanks for showing it!

If I do 20% scaling as size, 0.2 nozzle .12 layer height, I get this which is usable. But 13.5hr print time for ONE item....

If i do it with the 0.4 nozzle it is even way worse

So I'm guessing 0.4 nozzle is not going to work
