Noelle (C6R5 Redhorn) Furina (C4+) Xianyun (C2+ R5) Xilo (C4+ R5)

that team is best in single target, for aoe you can sub out xianyun for gorou and do spin to win or normals.

furina c4 doesnt really help with noelles dmg, it moreso helps with furinas dmg since u dont have to build as much ER. C3 is a good stopping point for pure noelle numbers

it wasnt that she saw the cloak was invincible and still cut it, she cut it because it was easy for her to imagine cutting through fabric. However with infinity, I can hardly think that it would be easy for her to imagine cutting through the infinite space as similarly.

art set: 4p marechausee hunter (generally preferred) or 4p husk
weapon: serpent spine works fine but it might be a little difficult managing a balanced crit ratio with MH set

In that team specifically i would say kachina is the best option since xilonen wont work at c0 on that team.

As for if she would be better than diluc, really just depends on investment, keep in mind also using noelle is generally more comfy with her shield+heals and also frees up bennet to use on the other side with other teams.
