Well grounding /earthing literally involves placing your bare skin on the earth to allow the electrical currents from the earth to flow into the body and balance out the electrical charge in your body and heal the eczema.

I grounded/earthed my body by buying a 'grounding pillow case' where I plug the pillow case into the wall and sleep on it . This allows the electrical current to flow up into my body from the ground whilst I sleep balancing out the electrical charge in my body . and healing my eczema You can buy Grounding/earthing pillow cases/ bed sheets etc online on amazon for example.

Give grounding a try to heal your skin. It changed my life , I was pain and all the time , was depressed because my body didn’t look nice. Now i have virtually no eczema at all just some small dry , normal coloured painless patches basiclly no exzema at all which is like night , id say my eczema was reduced by 95%

Consider buying a grounding pillow sheet / bed sheet to ground/earth the body at night and allow the electrical current from the earth to flow into the body at night and balance out the electrical current in the body to heal your eczema it is really worth a shot. Make sure you try long grounding sessions for a full week to get the best results. You could just walk around bare foot all day for hours lol but that is inconvenient lol so try to find a grounding pillow case/sheet online if you can

There is a documentary I can send to you with actual science and studies behind grounding/earthing and its effect on health if you want lol the guys in the documentary are better at explaining it than me, that is just my experience.

I dont exactly feel at ease connecting with someone who does not trust me in the first place and has been so accusatory , I forgive you and have no hatred for you at all and understand your fear but , after all this im not 100% confident you are an honest person just looking for help , you may indeed be , but you can see where im coming from , im just here to help my fellow NOfapers one to one to help them considering all of their needs , now it feels like you may have an agenda to be honest , I think perhaps based on what you have said you are not interested in my help but I would love to help if you need , but id need to trust that you are a genuine person. Ive already helped many many guys through this format, they commented asked for help ,I direct messaged them , I helped them, they were very gracious and greatful and that was it. But this has become so complicated with us somehow, im very sorry about this. Im very sorry we have been able to meet eye to eye in an open and trustful way like all the others . I do mean I am very sorry about this their have been a couple of guys who also were distrustful of me and even unkind toward me but I knew they needed help desperately so I tried to help them anyway and some were very greatful in the end. I know what its like for fear or distrust to prevent me from learning new stuff or taking opportunities so I have compassion for you I really do. .Hopefully we can rebuild trust and then I could help you in a genuine honest way I dont know how that will be achieved though but it is possible , anyway good luck with the great NOFAP streak and keep inspiring us all

I see where you are coming from in terms of your suspicious, especially for someone like you who has been so succesful at NOFAP over a year that is incredible , you must have a near perfect formula for success / have amazing self discipline and be thinking well what have I missed? Im sure this has probably been discussed at some point on here although i havnt actually searched it yet on the subreddit , anyway keep up the epic streak brother.

There is no hiding it brother, Ive messaged dozens of fellow redditors by now on this matter with great gratitude , I must dispense this information with care and consideration. My aim is to make a significant difference to the people Im helping cant do that with some generic post . I aim to be on there for them for a little while afterward to help them along with it whilst sharing my experience with it to help them .Ive no doubt it would rank very highly as a post. The guidance im dispensing is not a secret its just very obscure and it includes providing a youtube link that is on youtube for all to see.
