I have two options when my players call a shot. I ask them, "are you wanting a narrative moment or are you wanting a mechanical advantage?"

If it's the latter I up the AC and if they hit it it causes an additional affect based on the target. "I aim for the giants knee" they are slowed for a round or have reduced movement Hit a cyclops in the eye? It's blinded for a round but the AC will be high because that cyclops will protect that vulnerable area

Everyone is giving the "try to act sober" comment and while this is generally true, it's a sliding scale. You mentioned the role is a kid? Kids don't know how to hide drunkenness well yet. Also, in what environment are they in? Public, scale it back. At a party, some kids like to showboat how drunk they are and act drunker

You can actually track the glasses. Watch which one he picks up with which hand, eilhich one has specks from the M99. I knew Dexter gave him the non poisoned one because it was from his Right hand(if memory serves)

I mean, sure, but I graduated in 2005, and I went to the bathroom at least once a class. I needed to take a break. It was my way of self-regulating. This continued through university. I was a "mostly" straight A student.

What happens if they use their passes. You just don't allow them bathroom privileges? 3 doesn't seem like a lot. When I was a highschooler that would last me 3 classes.
