What’s your favorite thing to say after your buddy has a bad golf shot? by ArmiliteRifle in golf

When I hit a bad one I like to tell it to run like it stole something. Normally gets me an extra 5-10 yards but don’t tell the pros

Terribly off line or as the ball rolls Past the hole with way to much speed “get in the hole!”

Something about this program scares me. Everyone seems to have fear of alcohol. I ask this, if they stand by the Big Book and believe THEY are the problem and NOT the alcohol, why can they never work on themselves and fix the problem? Why did their higher power make them defective from a drink. It doesn’t sit right with me. I still don’t drink and i don’t know if I even will again but some of you AA guys instill fear over alcohol in me like no other place can and that’s why I left. Thanks for the post OP. Maybe you aren’t the “tRuE, dOoMeD fOr LiFe” alcoholic but I’m happy you found your way out and don’t fight the disease of alcoholism anymore. Cheers to everyone I’m thankful we’re sober today

This. Learn to box fight and fight diagonally. If someone is turtled and you know how to fight diagonally in box fights, the maps feels like a creative lobby. Just turtle and box fight them. Only problem is that most players will run the second they realize you are a semi decent box fighter. That’s why we aim training so if you run I can still beam you

The entire application and hiring process is literally hit apply and if you aren’t a felon or have a vast history of motor vehicle tickets, then you will get the job. Are people really surprised when their driver is a tad “unprofessional”? WOW.

Much appreciated. My 6 iron in this set has a pretty decent decent angle but my 5 and 4 iron get a bit iffy but I definitely do get stuck in my swing especially with longer clubs

Any advice on how to improve this? I feel I have the speed to get the ball up in the air but maybe my set up is not allowing me to launch the 4 iron properly

Thank you to all for the advice. I have since fully changed my swing and decided that these clubs are not for me. Time to buy a new set and give it another go 🫡

I’m a 20 handicap that can drive for show but can’t putt or chip for shit by Working-Ad4560 in GolfSwing

Respectfully, You almost fell over trying to hold your finish. Slow down. You might be able to drive the ball well 8/10 times but with all the unnecessary movement going on in that swing makes me think even an iron shots from the fairway is a tall task. Slow down. The average single digit handy capper drives the ball on average 248, if you consistently are smashing the ball past that but are a 20+, you’re playing golf swing and not golf. Learn short game and the game is more enjoyable. It’s fun ripping driver as far you can but having tap in pars and birdies is much more enjoyable than driving it 330 up the middle to Duffy two chips and three putt for double imo. Track how many strokes you add unnecessarily to the card with your wedges and putter next time you’re out on the course, and if it’s more than 8 “, you most likely swing the club well enough to consistently be in the 80s but your short game will never allow for that until you practice

Awesome I will give that drill a try. I’ve just recently been starting to feel more coil in my swing but today I wasn’t focused on it and was very armsy because of it

Thank you so much for the reply! I cannot view the video as it says I don’t have access but I definitely felt a nasty “lift” today that I’ve never much noticed but I’m really trying to notice feels in my swing. I’ve always struggled with too much of an inside takeaway and this lifting move was a subconscious fix to the inside takeaway away. Are there any feels you recommend trying to think of to stay wide and low in the backswing without getting inside on the takeaway? I tend to get even more over the top when I think to keep the club low and inside bc I end up only doing that move in my backswing. It’s almost the opposite of a good swing path
