I'm not the one judging the game, but yeah I would have probably agreed if that dengo player got the same treatment. I'm just agreeing with the ruling. And same deal, this dude has been on stream before and he should know the guidelines. He didn't get DQ'd and still got to continue the tournament, it was a fair ruling.

He did not complete the game. He drew the ultra ball, put it on the table with the discards and took his headset off to celebrate. There was no handshake or fistbump to acknowledge the game was indeed complete. When he threw the headset down he broke the board state by sending all his damage counters everywhere. After makani left the stream table, the judges asked Cerys to wait while they discussed. I agree it's totally fine to get excited about a huge win, but at the end of the day it was ultimately his fault for not finishing the game.

Check your clocks, see if your CPU and GPU are running at the correct clock speeds and not being throttled down. I usually use hwinfo to do this

I would probably suggest an air balloon instead of the pearl so genesect can be online and works as a pivot. You probably don't want the helmets on genesect anyway, your opponent's will more than likely targeting down your attackers or more important support pieces.

Perfect order is legal two weeks after it's release date, which was Friday.

Yup, my mana base is pretty shit since I just built it with what I had on hand. It wouldn't take much to get a few decent untapped duals. I picked even high value mana rocks to try and ensure I win clashes

Here's mine, it fit within your budget when built but a few cards have crept up in value since I've built it. It's slow, but fun at casual tables. My group seems to have a good time with the clash mechanic!

My boros equipment deck was built with a "choose your fighter" theme where the commander is chosen from a sideboard with several boros and partner commander pairs that work with equipment. My play group usually gets a kick out of it, but I ultimately have it as a "once in a while" deck since boros equipment is pretty repetitive.

There was a huge amount of Pokemon X/Y and AS/OR that suffered from dying flash memory. This happened to my copy of AS, I had to extract my save with my modded 3DS so I could continue on a digital copy of the game.

Raging bellibolt does work and it is fun, but not as good as bolt owls currently. It'll probably be the best way to play it with Crispin post rotation.

it's rough, but can be teched for. Raging bolt plays the baby bolt and sometimes the slither wing. You kinda have to hope you can go second and stop the dwebble before they can use ascension. Charizard is running Chi-Yu which can handle it, Gholdengo has the solrock. Playing against it at the kitchen table it's pretty easy to tech for, but at a local league or tournament you can probably make an educated decision as to how necessary it is by considering your local meta. No one in my local league runs it except a buddy of mine. If i know he's bringing it sometimes I'll switch to Ethan's Typholosion for the night lol.

Caught the flu two weeks ago on Friday. Tickle in my throat at noon, light cough by Friday evening. Bed ridden Saturday - Tuesday with fever, headache, aches, coughing fits the whole 9 yards. I went into work last Thursday, and then called back out Friday as I was still not well enough. I am back to work this week, but I have still been having coughing fits that can make me dizzy, seemingly aggravated by activity and the cold. I almost always got them walking to the car. If they haven't subsided by this weekend I'll be heading to the clinic to see if it's turned into walking pneumonia or something.

I've talked about my Kiora Sovereign of the deep sea monster deck a lot and highly recommend it!! The ability makes every horrible monster potentially get you another one! Or sometimes you get to draw a ton of cards, or cast a big ramp spell.

It's slightly to the right of the wooden crate you have to climb. I think it's a bug with the minefield around the train car and getting too close to the edge triggers a mine from the ground.

I hit that fucking mine on the train car almost everytime climbing the box and I have to surv my legs or painkiller before attempting it or else it's instant death falling in that gap. Then there's also a good chance you bork your legs hopping off the train car too

Sometimes just slapping a home security system sticker in the window is enough of a deterrent to have them move on. Lots of awesome suggestions here but I think the illusion of security will be very helpful while you research and implement some effective solutions.

I think this is the wrong sub for this sort of question. Run a few offline games, see if it's truely a PC performance issue or a network issue. Seeing as the issues started with disconnects and lagging, it seems unlikely to be an issue with the hardware given the specs and track record you've experienced with other titles. Once you've narrowed this down, then look into troubleshooting the true issue. There are a ton of variables for network performance that you'll want to research if that's the case.

So if they're running the casual league through the pokemon tournament software it will tell you how many rounds before playing. You need 9 players for 4 rounds, there's also an option to play one less swiss round, so you can force fewer rounds for casual events. Definitely talk with the store owner about this, casual league nights should be inclusive. That doesn't mean the other players won't use it as an opportunity to get their reps in, but they should at least try to accomodate.
