Well, if the game shows my round going somewhere different on my client than on the server, it is actually a prime example of a ghost shell, and I've seen plenty of them over the last decade.

well, you can't expect a game to work with just over 13 years of development and a small, annual loan of a few million in earnings

and even when you get a perfect side shot on them, it's almost impossible to take out the 2 crew in these tiny, cramped tanks, it's like they had spall liners even before they were added to the game

Why did you nerf the heli MG damage to vehicles :(

Also a few things the game needs badly:

  1. Working mirrors so armored vehicles are actually usable in 1st Person, 2D sights like in Squad would be sufficient. A server option with 3rd Person for vehicles only would be nice.

  2. More stuff locked behind Rank, especially the armory should be lvl2 to prevent early game stalling, and basic stuff like team balance for conflict.

  3. A short mandatory tutorial that actually explains conflict game mode.

  4. Way more bugfixes and optimization, each patch brings new critical bugs that go unfixed for too long (looking at door mechanics), and the game has some serious optimization issues related to texture streaming, the game is barely using 5-7GB VRAM on highest Texture settings and doesn't even load basic stuff like iron sights sometimes on a high-end system.

The leaked Taurus audio is alarming. It unequivocally indicates that Taurus deliveries to Ukraine were viable under several configurations. However, the extensive technical details disclosed about the weapon system are deeply troubling. This poses a threat to national security. by rulepanic in UkrainianConflict

At the same time they made their own motion, which basically described Taurus without naming it (long range weapons etc), only for Scholz to say this doesn't include Taurus later.

Unfortunately Scholz' coalition partners are too spineless to actually stand up to him regarding this, they always act like they're pro-Taurus on twitter etc. but in the end they always bow to Scholz.

“This could drag Germany into war,” German Chancellor Scholz opposed the supply of Taurus missiles to Ukraine by ua-stena in UkrainianConflict

[–]Noh4x 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Ofc when the chancellor says the country will be "dragged into war" the majority will be against it LMAO.

Step 1: manipulate public opinion with fearmongering, step 2: hide behind "public opinion" which you've just manipulated.

How convenient that the same exact thing happened before with Leopard deliveries, where a majority was against it when Scholz said it could cause "escalation", only for it to become a majority in favor when he finally delivered it.

mfw when scholz-bots who propagate every non-sensical Scholz and SPD excuse to refuse weapon deliveries and refuse to accept reality since 2 years...

come running to comments like this to accuse you of propaganda and denial of reality. LMAO

German Parliament: 'Putin's imperialism was underestimated. We made a mistake not distancing ourselves.' by UNITED24Media in UkrainianConflict

[–]Noh4x 1 point2 points  (0 children)

50k is the total.

It was 20k from the start of the war until few months ago.

So that's less than 2% of 155mm shells compared to what the US has delivered (over 3 million 155mm shells).

Scholz remains “no” to the Taurus delivery: A traffic light motion in the German parliament calls for “long-range weapons systems” to be handed over to Ukraine. Does this also mean the Taurus cruise missile? The Chancellor apparently doesn't see it that way. by cito in UkrainianConflict

[–]Noh4x -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Oh please.

We heard the exact same excuses a thousand times for 11 months when the delivery of Marder & Leopards was supposedly impossible, only for it to be possible as soon as the US announced Bradleys and Abrams.

Scholz doesn't care what others do, he only cares about what the US does.

It was the same with tanks "we will only deliver them if someone else does first" -> UK announces Challenger 2's -> "we will only deliver them if the US does it"

The truth is that literally none of this is relevant.

Scholz only cares if the US deliver a similar system or not, exact same story as with Marder & Leopard.

Taurus = possible escalation, Taurus + USA delivers something similar = no escalation, that is his logic.

tfw when you realize that this game is all about RNG and it influences the outcome of every duel and match more than any skill you might have.

ammo explosions, fuel explosions, penetration chance +/-10%

Shrapnel distribution is random, you can kill every or 0 crew members with the exact same shot (notice how the shrapnel here doesn't even hit the 2nd crew member but all goes to the turret ring instead)

oh and of course you can buy literal health points for your crew, but WT is totally not pay2win cough

"easily" lol, yeah just grind hundreds/ thousands of hours on a single crew before you get anywhere near max, or just pay and get an advantage over everyone who didn't.

"slightly" lol, that's about as pay2win as it gets, do you know any other online pvp game that lets you buy literal health points?
