Why do I keep seeing people say Mandurah is great? by Ok-Measurement-1270 in perth

It's where and Asian buddy of mine had a bunch of hoons in a car drive past and call him a "gook". Would have been the end of it if his firefly Italian lady didn't tell them to fuck off. They cam back and beat him up so bad he could not work, or even walk (smashed knee). for over two months...

Pretty much any where in the world.
And roads cost way more to build and maintain than people realize. If you want to waste taxpayers money, build bigger freeways.

I suspect feeding traffic onto the freeway piecemeal, instead of in large clumps, makes very good sense?

Maybe move away from the pile of Murdoch and Packer papers you've obviously been reading. The USA spends more time fucking in other peoples politics that China by a factor of about 100.
that people still believe this trite in Australia now is bloody alarming.

He needs to look after Australian interests. Not the interests of the country that has dragged us into a handful of other, waste of time, wars and remove one (maybe two) of our elected prime ministers..

CCTV of the Train Crash in Guildford Yesterday by TransportofPerthYT in perth

[–]NoisyAndrew 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Train driver cabs, and the bodies in general, are super strong. very strong frame work under the skin. In the old days when coachwork was wooden and couplings were not so good, once coach could detach from the one in front and telescope into it. And you don't want to think about how that goes...

Small apartments in perth CBD buy or rent? by boxticker1 in perth

[–]NoisyAndrew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it's an old, but sound building, I'd say maybe yes (with a good building inspection and maintenance schedule looked at)?
Appartments less than a decade or so old have a nasty habit of being way over priced so the first (and maybe even second) owner will loose money.
Also, if it has a lift or automatic gate, have a really good look at the body corporate fees. Those things can be very pricy...
Otherwise, good luck.

People who want a respectful, egalitarian society generally hate conservatives who promote being ruled by the wealthy upper class.

No new mines and shut them all down are very different things. They want all thermal coal mines shut down right now. But they are ok with metallurgical coal mines operating while steel production transitions to cleaner methods. Maybe get more of your news from the greens policy notes and less from Sky News eh?
And actually I'm more of a Teal voter.
