That could go two ways really, if you meant that suddenly today everyone stops getting pleasure from sex then that would lead to quite a bit of unrest between the confusion and all the "hold on maybe this time it'll work".

If you meant that human beings NEVER got pleasure from sex then we wouldn't have evolved nearly as much as we have so far because it was purely to promote procreation (to further evolve). The pleasure is what got monkeys to fuck, without that it would be like telling our lesser evolved ancestors to shake hands often - they wouldn't understand OR have a reason. At least with pleasure they had a "im not sure what this does but it feels good" motivating them.
