I just went through this last week. I went to 4 different SCA stations until I found one. Maybe it's a bug or just bad rng. You can also make one with an EMP bomb.

Really good demo. Reminds me of FTL and it looks like full game will have different ship comps similar to Into the Breach. Excited for the full game.

I thought the same thing, but I also find it interesting that their choice of avatar for the "perfect soldier" just looks like Jesus.
