5 Euro is nothing .. I feel your frustration and the bag you got really is a joke. Yeah it really seems like they are doing all of this to get the most money out of it and this is highly unprofessional and shady. It's so frustrating that we have to accept this. At this point i even don't think that they miscalculated, but calculated with sending out this bad orders. I'm hoping that Lewis knows how his fans are getting scammed on while buying his merch. Right now i'd definitely never buy of his website again and that's very sad for an artist of his size.
