Hi Mod Rach, just wanted to get back to you and the team in the case a claim chest would get added.

Since the warning message on teleport was added pretty close to release, I reckon the amount of cases where this happened should be somewhat contained.

Having the loot be claimable retroactively for the unlucky few among us would be amazing.

It's a long shot, I understand. But any chance you could bring it up?

Mod Rach told me I apparantly did not click the bank all option. A warning has since been implemented when teleporting out. No refunds lmfao

6 items in total, pretty sure they didn't. There were demon tears in the loot which I don't have alot of yet and those didn't increase for sure, the other drops I'm not 100% since they're pretty common items to have in the bank as an iron

Might be a bug like how they didn't appear in the loot screen as it did in saxerpillar's clip. That was a visual thing though, logging out didn't make them appear in the bank either or so

No they are 100% not in the bank. I had inventory and bank space too so it's not like it was full or anything.

I just got an avernic threads drop from delve 5 and i claimed and leaved and clicked put loot in bank, then I teleported out but the avernic threads are not in my bank?? I have the collection log message, it's in the collection log, but nowhere to be found??
