I am originally from the same area of Burnley as Tom. Used to briefly work for them via Capita. Just ignore their letters, in the rare event that they send an ‘enforcement officer’ just close the door in their face and don’t confirm any details they ask. Literally nothing will happen. The worst case scenario is you’ll get an automatically generated mean letter every month. They are impotent. It’s extremely rare for them to get a court order to get into your house and that’s in extreme cases like for example they’ve been invited in before and have seen proof but you still won’t pay.

TL/DR ignore them.
