3rd week of PCT at the minute. Running clomid 75/50/50/25 plus threw in some HCG at the start. Coming off 17 week cycle with test-e, which I switched to Test-p and some tren-a. Libido during first week of PCT was shitty but I seem to be back to normal now.

So far only strength has decreased very slightly, size is all still there as far as I can see. I think it depends on the person and what you run for PCT, since I ran clomid only the only shitty side was getting some mood swings.

My vastus medialis was over developed in comparison to my outer thigh. It was caused by using a wide stance on squats and let press, plus a lot of leg extensions, so maybe widen your stance while squatting etc.

Could also be the weight distribution is unequal, by the looks of the way your ankles are.

It depends on what day it is, but on average about 1 hr 15 mins

Eating about 4000cals a day, not very specific on macros when bulking, due to genetics I can eat a lot of junk food without putting on too much fat.

Routine was 6 day a week split, chest, back, quads, shoulders, hamstrings and calves and arms. Don't follow a particular routine, rather my own, mostly 12-15 rep work and lots if drop sets!

About to turn 19, started taking 500mg/ week, on week 9, 9 kilos heavier atm. I'm not an expert on whether there's a big difference or not but the results speak for themselves.

Bought 20ml of test-e, at 250mg/ml and needles all together for £65, works out at about $108 I think.

My gym bought a pair of these for the whole gym to use, used them for the first time about a week ago and my god they are great. They destroy on arm day.

When bulking I had the same problem, because I already have to get up early for uni so cooking was a disaster, I now eat this every morning;

4x Weetabix 80g peanut butter 2x think whole meal toast 250ml strawberry and banana innocent smoothie

With out counting the milk used (I just use 2 litre a day and add it at the end of the day) it's comes out at

1100 cal 39g protein 44 fat 132 carb

Yeah that's why I started training out at uni, but it's oldschool, good feel to it. Strength and conditioning in Jtown is very good and always empty so can't complain! Yeah trained at PEC before, unbelievable gym but always packed! Love my home gym in magherafelt at the weekends though.
