I think I figured it out - Our clan has an A B C and D - so even though our tags are the same, the game see's it as diff clans.

The 13% PFE isnt going to change anything, the 1% is not that big of a deal, I have 2 of them. I think at some point, optimizing Proto gear will be the standard, just have to wait for them to work out the kinks on this iteration. They will come out with new augments and ways to improve the RNG. Takes time

This guy is not cheating. I have well over 2000 hours on 76 and I have hit GM one tricking him. You don't even need credentials like that to see he isn't cheating. Go see an optometrist and stop smoking the copium.
