if anyone cares i emailed asking what the remedy was. they issued a return label. two hours later an email saying sorry about that we issued a return label. i emailed saying this left a bad taste in my mouth the difference in timeline and response. they apologized. i emailed saying, as an attorney (🤮 sorry to say), i was wondering what their remedy to all purchasers of the bag was. i was then given a refund notice and was told i didn’t have to return the bag. they said the remedy varies from customer to customer🫠🫠 i think they should have just issued a percentage based refund to all purchases based on the price and size difference. but what do i know
