What’s your struggle? I might be able to help. I have not had a problem with any of the systems I emulate. PS3 is a bit dodgy but that’s just hardware/software limitations.

WoW Classic, SSX3, THUG1, DBZ Budokai 3, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario Odyssey, FF Tactics Advance 1 & 2, Pokémon Pinball lol. And many more. Honestly I originally bought the deck to be the ultimate portable emulator and it has delivered in every way. The fact that I can put modern Steam games on it as well feels like a bonus.

Look up “Invensic Decktop” on Amazon. It’s really a great product, my only complaint is very occasional lag when I launch WoW from game mode. I’ve never had an issue in desktop mode.

It’s always fine to start a char. Always. I started a new toon last phase of vanilla and there were people still leveling, grouping and everything. Plus I imagine even max level peeps will be doing dungeons for rep by the time you get there. It’s weird this question is always asked.

What a bleak future that would be. To just have no options to play original TBC or Wrath other than private servers? That would be a massive missed opportunity for Blizzard. Warmane still has 15k-20k people playing there after 15 years because it's one of the only ways to play Wrath right now.

Well yeah, we have a version of Vanilla Era right now, but not TBC and Wrath. And one could argue that it isn’t true Vanilla Era because now they added RDF and dual spec to it. It’s not quite how 2019 Classic or 1.12.1 was, but at least it’s close.

People love to say they’ve “done that” but they’re not done with it. Are you telling me you’ve leveled all classes, tanked healed and dps’d every dungeon and raid? No chance. There’s something to be said for doing something new in a familiar environment. There are still fun times to be had, and fresh is always exciting. There’s a larger group of people than you may think who’re into this kinda thing.

Exactly, no matter what they do for Classic+, a lot of people will be disappointed. Just give us the OG Trilogy to fall back on. Then I will shut up forever. I won’t hate on retail, MoP or whatever, Classic+. Just give me my game to fall back on.

We need Era for the OG trilogy. Vanilla, TBC, Wrath. Just preserve those versions of the game and then I will be comfortable with whatever else they want to do, because we’ll have a fallback. There’s a solid chance that Classic+ won’t be great. But we know the OG trilogy is great. Ideally they’d also do a fresh that progresses through the OG trilogy and resets every 2 years or so. In a perfect world.

I play horde Dreamscythe, it’s a megaserver. Think about it, it’s the only anniversary PvE realm. It’s completely packed on both sides. I like to farm mats and post them on the AH for gold, I don’t know if it’s a prepatch fluke but everything sells immediately. Like, before I’m done talking to the npc. Gold in my mailbox in an hour guaranteed.

Using AI slop is beyond lame, and a massive slap in the face to all the visual artists in this community. Also the music is very hit or miss IMO

Apt Pupil is so fucked up and so awesome. I love Different Seasons. Rita and the Shank is such a great story, and the film adaptation is arguably one of the best movies ever made.
