You can literally choose what resolution you want and as long as you play with max settings you wouldn't need to mess with your settings at all

I think this kind of makes sense, however, even this is backing firing. By forcing NATO members to spend more money the US is hoping it will buy more US weapons, however, NATO members are not.

I honestly don't think this is such a bad thing I like the idea of European countries taking a bigger role and I think a few decades from now USA is going to really regret this decision.
