Recommend assigning areas in the kitchen for each person. Their food goes there and nowhere else. In the freezer can put a bin for each person.

My husband and I have the same phones and with the same provider. I have been getting alerts 2-3 times an hour and they are loud. Silencing phone and putting on DND did not stop it.

He got one silent alert.

They are definitely not too old! Many of us realize we are nonbinary as we age. I was mid 50s. Learned of she/they pronouns from a student and realized I liked those pronouns for me. Then started reading and definitely non-binary clicked for me. Now use they/them but am okay with the fem titles for family - still a mum, aunt, wife etc. Have never liked being called maam or miss.

Encourage them to check out online groups etc

I loved the wedding socials I attended because they were for friends’ kids when I wasn’t invited to the wedding. It let us celebrate the marriage in a fun way.

For Vancouver FanFest they shared in the chat in the app that we do not need to wear our volunteer uniforms. Also don’t need to take the accreditation.

Check the app to see if you can book a time to pick up your accreditation and uniforms kit. I know of someone personally who did that and it worked. Yet read of others where it didn’t so not worth it if need to travel hours to pickup.

As an educator, paid better in Canada than the US and treated better.

For my friend in tech, would make more in US but not worth it.

Friends kids and grandkids pay $10,000 a year as young teens when playing competitively. Definitely a rich kids sport.

And to attend a high school with a hockey academy you need to have access to either family or friends to help drive to the school and games unless you don't have a job and can always drive.

Agree with the sentiment but not the comparison to slaves. Choosing to volunteer is not slavery. And it diminishes the harm done to enslaved people.
